Caroline is known for her site specific steel and aluminium sculptures which are often positioned on the surface of a body of water such as a lake or reflection pool. These elegant structures add grace and an iconic presence to an environment.

The curvilinear aluminium form quivers gently in the breeze whilst subtle and intricate reflections are a feature on a calm day. Some sculptures have a tail or petals that extend under and are visible beneath the surface of the water adding mystery and intrigue.

Land based sculptures are designed specifically to enhance and compliment the surrounding garden or landscape setting.

Caroline also produces immersive public art Installations which integrate sculptural forms with sound, projected light and video after dark. Her fascination with play of light and shadow is evident also in the wall sculpture collections.

Works of a figurative nature are also a constant in Caroline's practice.
